Responsibilities:
You will be the go-to person for inquiries through inbound phone calls, emails, and chat. Have authentic conversations with our customers and strive to resolve all concerns. Able to increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty through providing exceptional service and engagement. Has the ability to utilize software, databases, and tools appropriately and can take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of our company and the role.
Qualifications:
- High school degree with or without call center experience
- Highly proficient computer skills with knowledge about CRM software
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
