Job Description:

We’re looking for new teammates who can deliver customer-oriented services. The customer service representative will have the opportunity to take on customer-facing responsibilities that directly impact our success. The role will involve providing first-class service to our customers and assisting with key operational tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work and learn about live events globally e.g. sports, concerts, and theatre.

Responsibilities:

You will be the go-to person for inquiries through email and phone calls to our customers. Able to communicate with other departments as necessary and identify process improvement opportunities and raise them through the appropriate forum. You will also support customers directly on the ground at major events around the world.

Qualifications:

  • 1 – 2 years of professional experience
  • Must be willing to work 40 hours each week
  • Must be willing to work shifts during evenings and weekends
  • English level is at 80%
