SPi CRM’s Upcoming Idaho Call Center Will Create Over 500 Jobs

Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, August 9, 2017. SPi CRM, a customer service outsourcing leader trusted by top brands worldwide, announced today that it is setting up a new facility in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho (CDA, ID), generating over 500 jobs to support the call center needs of major US clients.

SPi CRM is pouring in an initial investment of US$3 million ahead of the expansion to CDA, its 12th global location overall, following its Madison, Wisconsin site, which opened its doors in 2013.

The addition of CDA bolsters SPi CRM’s onshore footprint. “This is the second call center we’re opening in the US,” said SPi CRM President & CEO Maulik Parekh, “and we are very excited about it, because Coeur d’Alene is an ideal fit for our growth strategy. The local population has a wealth of talent, and we are confident that, as we establish a stronger presence here, our US clients will continue to enjoy best-in-class service, closer to their home base.”

Scheduled to launch its Idaho operations in September, the company is currently hiring, and expects to recruit 240 employees by yearend, increasing its employee base to 500 in 2018.
