Locksmith Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

We’re looking for new teammates who can provide customer-oriented services. The customer service representative will handle a high volume of inbound phone prospects from customers in need of locksmith services. You will attend to customer-related questions and offer other products and services of the campaign.

Responsibilities:

You will be the go-to person for inquiries and receives inbound calls to assist customers in booking locksmiths nearby. Demonstrates empathy with solutions-oriented approach for customers in lockout situations. Operates with quality and has attention to details to ensure data is accurate and communication is thorough. Provides an unsurpassed customer service experience to both our customers and service providers.

Requirements:

  • Inbound phone sales experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • High integrity and empathetic approach to sales
  • Proven ability to work at a high speed and act with urgency
  • Goal-driven and motivated by personal growth
  • Background knowledge of locksmith, home services, or vehicle industries a plus but not required
  • Multi-language proficiency also a plus
