We’re looking for new teammates who can give awesome customer experiences. The customer care specialist will provide information about the company’s products and services. You will assist customers regarding their postpaid and prepaid split covering the billing, technical, and other product-related inquiries.
You will be the go-to person to communicate the value of our products and share ways to get the most from the brand. Verifies information to assist and provides resolutions in a timely manner. Performs basic technical support and is driven to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
