We’re looking for new teammates who can deliver customer-oriented services. The customer service representative will handle information about our product and other features. You will attend to customer-related questions, billings, take bulk/single orders, process returns/refunds, and deal with other adjustments preferred by the customer. Additionally, you will address complaints and issues at hand and relay them to your superior.
You will be the go-to person for inquiries, online transactions, and processing of orders. Introduces the value of products and share ways with customers who benefit most from online retail companies. Engages in a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and establishes long-term goals.
