We’re looking for new talents who can provide customer-driven service. The customer loyalty representative or inbound retention specialist will engage with the customers to continue on using its product features. You will answer customer questions and fulfill the needs of those who are at risk of canceling their subscriptions.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships. Shares the value of the client brand and benefits of services to loyal customers. Addresses the complaints with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and offering other features.
