Job Description: 
We need individuals who can provide answers to inquiries relating to the company’s products and services, assist customers with sales, inform clients of products and/or service or add-ons that may or may not have been considered previously, have the ability to work under pressure, able to multi-task and are flexible to do overtime as needed.

Responsibilities: 
Answers inbound sales inquiries over phone relating to products, services and current promotions Communicates and explains the value of the client brand and benefits of services to potential customers though establishing relationships and building strong rapport Uses effective selling techniques to identify customer needs and drive sales results.

Qualifications: 

  • Confident and driven individual with great communication skills
  • Quick learner – has the ability to learn new systems, products and services
  • Positive personality – We’ll give you the tools to succeed, guaranteed.
  • One year of sales experience and/or equivalent transferrable skills
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Associate Degree preferred
