  • Previously Deputy Executive Manager at Saigon Precision overseeing finance, IT, logistics, purchasing, HR, management planning, legal, compliance and internal audit.

Takanori Asako

CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

  • Heads all our HR and Quality programs across the Philippines, Australia, the United States, and Nicaragua

  • Was Director of Human Resources for Transcom Worldwide, Philippines
  • Was Executive Director of Human Capital Delivery at TeleTech Philippines

Marvin Victoriano

CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

  • Currently responsible for the service delivery of Asia-Pacific accounts
  • Contributes over 20-year experience in the contact center industry, managing programs for the Asia Pacific and North America regions
  • Extensive experience in operations, quality, and training
  • Lean Six Sigma certified practitioner
  • Started her customer service career in the banking industry, where she gained a deeper understanding of compliance & control, service excellence, and streamlining of processes
